May I know the opening hours of your outlets?

Our outlets have differing opening hours from one another, subjected to the management of the shop lot we rented. However, we have listed out the exact opening hours for all of our outlets here: Click here

Do you have this specific item on sale? (i.e., white lab coat)

You can use the search box on the top right corner of our website to search for the items you are looking for. You can also choose from the product categories on the left column to refine your searches.

Speaking of white lab coat, do you have one for sale?

Unfortunately we currently do not have white lab coats on sale; we will inform our customers on our website as soon as it is available.

What if I couldn’t find a specific item on your website?

What if I only wanted to buy one part of the uniform (i.e., trousers) but not the whole set, can I do that?

Of course you can! We do sell the parts of the uniform separately, so you can choose to buy only the parts you need and not the whole set.

May I know the price of this specific item?

Our uniforms’ prices differ based on the size of the uniforms, and the bigger the size, the higher the price. That said, on our website we have listed out the different prices based on the size of the uniforms, so kindly please utilise the search box to check for the price of the items you are looking for.

I just found out that I bought a uniform with the wrong size, may I exchange it?

You certainly can! Kindly please bring the receipt and the item(s) to the outlet where you have bought the uniform at within 7 days of your purchase to exchange it with any items of similar value or less. However, note that you will need to pay for the extra amount if the items you are exchanging into are higher priced that what you have bought.

I went to / called an outlet of yours, and they have ran out of stocks on the items I wanted to buy, what should I do?

None of your outlets are convenient for me to shop, is it possible for you to send the goods to me?

Yes, we offer shipping services for our products via courier; however the cost of shipping will be borne by our customers.

What are the charges for the shipping services?

We follow the latest rates and they are subject to change. The rates as of April 1st, 2015 are {Cost + (20% Handling Charge + 15% Fuel Surcharge)} + GST 6% = Total Cost, where the initial cost is based on the category of the goods it falls into (i.e., sending parcels below 3kg to local areas has an initial cost of RM8) and not the cost of the products. That said, if your orders totalled above RM200, the shipping will be made free.

I would like to have a custom-made uniform, do you offer it?

We only offer custom-made uniforms when you make a bulk order of 50-100 items. If you are interested, kindly please contact Ms. Chong at +6012-3807138.

Is your company GST-registered?

Yes we are. We have talked to our suppliers to try and keep the prices of our products the same as before; however, we ask for your understanding that should the supplies fall under GST, we will be forced to choose between absorbing it ourselves or passing it onto our customers.

Would the outlets stay open during the public holiday?

All of our outlets will stay open throughout the year except for Hari Raya and Chinese New Year. However, the exact days our outlets will close will be determined by the management of the shop lot we rented, and some would only allowed for us to close on either one of the public holidays mentioned above. We will be putting up notice in our outlets on the exact dates it will close beforehand.
